The exercise ois to make a list of my problems and then come up with solutions, no matter how absurd or ridiculous. Since there are a lot of “problems”, most requiring time, then this will alter the realism.
- No sailboat
- Own in Maryland, but not Hawaii
- Commute sucks
- Have to go into work physically
- Not an Occult Master
- Retirement is iffy
Well, some of these are clearly related. The solution? Stop working. Gets rid of the commute (2+ hours a day), having to go into the office. The owning problem isn’t, really, but it is related to the retirement. Selling that place in due time should result in a nice cash infusement, but not the entire value of the house. The mortgage on that place was for about $550K and I didn’t have that laying around, but had access to a VA Loan due to service.
No sailboat is absolutely a First World Problem. I could build a shitty one or buy a shitty one, but there are bills I’d like to pay off first. We did have to get a new car last year when the old one just wasn’t safe to drive anymore. Had it for about 20 years, so that was nice. The new one has so much unnecessary bullshit in it I doubt it will last 10. Which makes it much more expensive per year than the 20 year older one.
Not an Occult Master is solvable. It takes work and I’ve put a lot in to get where I am. Will continue to put that in, too. It’s rough keeping this schedule up (it takes more of a toll than simply combining some ingredients and using a singsong poem), but it’s what I have to do to make this my last incarnation without quiet or rage quitting. Or pretending to me the master of my own safety bubble realm like most LHPers I know want (okay, maybe half).
So, most of this list is a bunch of whining over things that can be changed over time (if I have that time left). I do have some side-work going on with the wands and my spirit keeping objects, but those aren’t going to buy a sailboat any time soon and that isn’t the point. It’d be nice to pay for my materials I burn through, for sure.
For Invocation /Evocation #1, I asked Aim for better communication skills. He did help me earlier with a difficult conversation with one of my people, but I’d like to take it up a notch or several, for sure.
A: “He blurted it out in front of everyone.”
M: “He did.”
A: “Was he wrong?”
M: “He’s allowed an opinion. He could’ve done me the courtesy of talking about it in private. He chose not to.”
A: “And what ramifications will that have?”
M: “Largely none, overtly.”
A: “Why?”
M: “Because he has the right to an opinion. Some of the things I say are pretty dark and not to everyone’s taste.”
A: “He had a point in not liking some of them. They were not his taste. (I shook my head no). But why is he getting away with it (without repercussions)?”
M: “Because I’m not going to ruin someone, a good guy, over a poor choice of words and shitty courtesy.”
A: “Hmmm.” (he was done and left. I guess this is Invocation/Evocation 2)

He had told me we were done and I felt this could have been so. Twice I verified over parts of the day and the next. As I went to blood and burn burn his sigil, “Call me into ritual, one last time.”
A: “I love it when you call me when you know I’m already here.”
M: “Partially here. And you asked me to call. It’s a game the Goetics play and I understand. It’s what makes it humorous, but only if I play along.”
A: “Would you be done if you didn’t and I recanted?”
M: “Yes, because this thread (effort) is about progress than control.”
A: “It is. And yet the Ritual portion is missing from your work. Can be missing from many entries (and many more in the future).”
M: “Part of learning the Spirit and their energies is calling on the enns and sigils. Sometimes, there are variations that one only knows if they have done both.”
A: “And what does that have to do with the ritual portion?”
M: “It is more obvious to demonolators, but both connect to a current and can give different energies. Framing the intent in your mind before and while doing so further diverts this towards more specific areas. Trying to talk about all of them, which can be studies on their own is a bit much. The descriptions are ONLY guideposts and should be taken as parts of the whole, not the whole.
The mistake most that COMPEL make is that they think they can COMPEL the whole without being able to feel and understand it. It’s ridiculous.”
A: “Thank you. Call on me, my Lord, as we will have business again (and again and again and again…)

It’s important to realize that not ALL “Goetics” are of the Yahweh paradigm. This is important to actually understand, because if you, say, become overly reliant on compelling an entity that isn’t of that paradigm and is sufficiently complex, then , things get much more complicated.
Why? Because angels can do a lot of things, but once a spirit is aligned with a human that can…overcome…that petty, temporary and magically nullify agreements, you have to keep doing it. And once one becomes known for doing it, the complexity increases. Other entities will cause trouble “in solidarity”.
But not tonight, here, in this space. Call on me, Lord Aim, if it’s a topic I’m inclined to intervene with and something similar happens when appropriate. When it meets criteria, the fluff and puff or the coven that’s competent (that meets criteria) is fair game. Fluff and Puff’s are boring and useless and should be seen as such.
Topics I care about and would lift a wand for, of course. But my wand gets lifted regularly, since the fluff and puffs can’t lift their’s for more than photos…
And before I forget – Empowerment is useless if there isn’t a realistic end goal and a repetitive demonstrable result to accompany. If you’d like a place to send your money to that actually saves live, I’d recommend the Lanai Cat Sanctuary rather than idiotic chakra blackened/misanthroping/conversion/removal/bullying site you’ll see on most social sites. Apolitical. Loves cats. We’re going there (again!) this week and we went there the last time were were in Hawaii. Lanai Cat Sanctuary.
