Book of Gates Scene 3

As I got ready to drift off to sleep last night, Anubis came to me and told me to fall asleep with the intent to do work. It took me a little while since I really wasn’t ready for bed, but I managed to fall asleep. When I woke up, I could tell that I had been doing work in dream, but not what that work was.

When I woke up about 1:30, I couldn’t get back to sleep, so I decided to project into the Book of Gates scenes, but without a destination. I caught a fleeting glimpse of this scenario and vaguely remember it from my last time.

In this scenario I don’t remember which scene it is, but if I recall correctly we are on a boat and come out of a series of caves onto a scene On this sort of grassy patch, wheat is being prepared from growing, harvesting, separating, grinding, and then making bread. I remember it being a pretty important scene, as this is the scenario for either the living of one’s life or the cultivation of one’s spirit.

I wasn’t on the boat. Instead I had what looked to be similar to a butter churn and I was breaking down grain by smashing it with the mallet hose shaft was about as tall as I was. While I believe there was a grinding stone there, I was being put to this particular task on purpose. I also remembered that this grinding equipment was made of wood and not stone. The basin/bucket was quite tall, over a foot, maybe two. I knew this material meant that it was temporary but don’t know why that mattered. The type of wood was unimportant.

After this scenario I only woke up one other time knowing that I had done work but not knowing what that work was. Thankfully I could shift my schedule a little bit and I got an extra 30 minutes of sleep, which was sorely needed as I continued to try to get over this illness well also disrupting my sleep with Book of Gates work.
