Petition Madame Pele to arrive or directly ask her to send her elementals to assist with the working.
Ask Madame Pele if the working is within the abilities of the elementals she has sent.
If no, then petition Pele directly for the working. Make sure she agrees with the purpose of the working.
If yes,
Ask her to present the elementals, if they aren’t already there.
Give the instructions to the elementals, including as much information as you can about the target and the types of results that would be preferred.
Tell the elementals that they should be told to return to Pele at the end of the task.
Gain the acceptance of the task from the elementals – Pele can answer for them, if need be.
Give any offerings you feel are appropriate for the level of expected work.
Send the elementals on their way to their task.

Some additional notes:
She said that they would be best used for things that needed “burnt or buried”. Fire doesn’t often mend things, but it can warm. They are to be borrowed and not be bound to the magician.
Fire will bring passionate flames to a relationship. If a relationship has passed the test of the once bright flame that now burns dully, adding a little fire help. If there are problems in the relationship, asking for a bright flame may be similar to pouring gasoline, rather than a gentle warming. If there is doubt, consult her in your chosen method.
